Begin Smart Book Review & Prize Pack Giveaway {$90 Value}

One safe bet for holiday gift giving...books. Kids can never have too many since we all agree teaching children to read and enjoy reading is #1 on our educational priority list. Maybe slightly biased as an English teacher myself, I've always regarded books as the best gift to give everyone from baby to adult.

When we received some of the new Begin Smart titles, the kids immediately were drawn to How Many Beeps and and Push the Button. More than just a beep, the button serves to allow interaction with counting, colors and more. With so many age appropriate titles developed by a
team of experts and created by talented Harriet Ziefert the toughest, task is choosing a book. Colorful illustrations, various shapes, sizes and textures all create interest in even the youngest readers. Here are some favorites:
Begin Smart receives a *Top Pick* designation for being the most developmentally appropriate book series and a favorite of Cool Baby Kid's editorial staff.

Cool Giveaway: Enter to win each of the new Fall Begin Smart titles including: Animal Faces, Look Around and Listen, Bouncy Baby: A First Lift-the-Flap Book, Baby Says, Peek-a-Boo What?, Push the Button, How Many Beeps and Hooray for Hands! To enter, comment on this post about the Begin Smart Slideshow. ($90 Value)

Extra Entries: Blog about the Cool Baby Kid's Begin Smart giveaway with a link to both this post and http://www.beginsmart.com for three (3) extra entries and remember to leave three separate comments. Find out how to earn even more entries and read the contest rules and disclaimer including how to subscribe for winner notification. Ends 12/11/09. US Residents only.

What a great set! That was a very helpful slideshow, too - I would need the 18-24 months set. I like the advice I saw on speaking a lot of words to your child each day because it'll help them learn words faster. And it needs to be someone they care about, really interesting.

My son was born last week, so this would be a perfect prize for him. We've got lots of old school books already, but haven't purchased any of the new ones like these. Thanks for the giveaway! I agree with everything in the slideshow and look forward to reading with my son. Right now, at 10 days old, it doesn't really matter what we read, but soon enough, we'll switch to more developmental books to get him a leg up in school. Thanks again!
