What I Love Right Now: New Feature on Cool Baby Kid

You may have noticed a new feature on the sidebar called “What I Love Right Now.” While it’s true there is already a Top 20 list as well as a My Favorites category, I still fear some unbelievable companies and products get lost in the shuffle. The new feature, then, will highlight one product I love and am currently using that we couldn’t live without. “What I Love Right Now” is one more way to communicate great finds, from the necklace I’m wearing as I write this feature to the bibs I can’t stop mentioning, Bella Tunno. If you’re a faithful CBK reader, you’ll remember I mentioned them in a post just a few days ago. I can’t help it; they are such a great find! The only wipeable and washable bibs I’ve come across, though they do have other styles as well, the patterns are so adorable you won’t mind covering up even the cutest matching outfit underneath. So scroll down just a bit and check out “What I Love Right Now” on the left sidebar and let me know what you think. By the way, check out the Bella Tunno bibs in my diaper bag on a new Ask Baby Kid Feature today, “What’s In It Wednesday.”
Cool Giveaway: To celebrate the new feature, Bella Tunno bibs has generously offered a Cool Baby Kid discount which is good even off sale items at Bella Tunno. So which bib would you be most likely to purchase? Leave your choice in a comment below, and you’ll be entered to win a grab bag of Bella Tunno bibs. You know, I hate that I can’t win my own prizes sometimes! Click here to find out how to increase your chances of winning. Contest ended. Congratulations Bridgette!

Top 20 Baby & Kid Products You Can’t Live Without

OK, so I can’t count. There are currently 24 picks on my top twenty list. After wrangling with which to take off as new ones are added, I finally decided I’ll just have to chance that my readers don’t think I’m terrible at math and just can’t pick 20 best. And that I am terrible at math is besides the point. From diaper bags to toy cleaner these are products I use every day for my own baby and toddler. Doodblebuz Designs (pictured) really does have some of the cutest invitations and announcements you’ll find, while the time out pad by Keen has actually made a major difference, for the better, in how we discipline our daughter. And since I only review products and resources I love, it will be harder and harder to keep the list at 20 (which is a good number I think for a top picks list), so please don’t think I just can’t count. And if you have a baby or kid product you can’t live without, can you let me know what it is so i can have an even more difficult time with the top picks list? Thanks!

Cool Tip: In addition to the Top 20 picks I also have a “My Favorites” list so pop over there and check out even more of the best stuff I’ve reviewed.

New Shoes on the Block: Smileys by ShooShoos

True story. I recently attended the 1st birthday party of a friend’s son and noticed he was wearing ShooShoos as was my own little one. (Incidentally the birthday boy was wearing Navy Helicopter and my son Brown Suede Sports.) As mentioned in a previous post, ShooShoos are the best baby shoes you’ find for their extremely reasonable price. And now having recently launched a new line of soft sole baby shoes with rubber soles called Smileys, ShooShoos are perfect for toddler too. My 2.5 year old daughter owns the Pink w/ White Dots complete with smiley faces on the bottom so she can really leave her mark (as if she doesn’t already.) ShooShoos continue to be favorite which is what keeps them on the Top 20 Picks list; and now there’s even more to smile abut with their new addition of Smileys by one of the all-time best shoe companies out there.

Cool Giveaway: Enter to win your choice of ShooShoos by commenting back here about your favorite pair of Smileys after visiting their site and checking out the new line. And in addition the normal extra entry possibilities, you can snag yet another by blogging about the giveaway with a link both to ShooShoos and this post. Click here to find out how to increase your chances of winning. Contest ended. Congratulations Mary Beth.
